SALES POLICY
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our online store accepts Credit Cards as a payment method.
At the time of purchase always check the validity of the card. If it is expired it may be declined. Your card may also be declined if you have exceeded the allowed amount limit. Please confirm with your bank or financial institution.
SHIPPING
Shipping is made by CTT Express and all deliveries in Portugal (mainland and islands) are free.
The maximum estimated time of delivery is between 7 to 12 business days. Remember that our productions are very balanced. Meaning that we do not overproduce. We have a small amount of stock, so if your size is not available, you will be informed that we are producing a pair especially for you!
Shipping costs to the rest of the world will be supported by the customer, who will be responsible for the import fees charged by the distributor upon delivery. Please contact us via email if you would like your one of a kind shoes delivered outside Portugal.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You will be able to return and get refunded or exchange your shoes! However, we require some conditions:
. The product must be returned in the original packaging with its included elements.
. The exchange or return of the payment must be made within 15 working days, must be in mint conditions and with not signs of use.
Just like shipping, all postage fees for exchange / return within Portugal are free.
Please note that Traquete assumes no liability in case of loss or damage incurred when shipping the returned product.
Upon receiving the product, its condition will be checked and as soon as excellent condition is confirmed, the amount will be credited to the same source that was used to pay or by bank transfer.
In the act of exchange, we point out that all the articles presented on the site are produced especially for you! Since we believe in balanced productions, we will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible! We really want you to be happy with your Traquete shoes.
To make the return you can reuse the wrapper with which your Traquete shoes are delivered!
Reverse the slip/note delivered by the CTT, fill in the sender’s space and place stickers to close the package. You can deliver the package at any CTT station. Note that only the first return is free.

Traquete.pt offers an online sales service as well as page subscription and as such, for the purpose of sharing information, billing and parcel delivery, costumers will be asked to provide personal data such as name, address, tax number, telephone number and email.
The information you provide us at the time of purchase will only be shared with the shipping companies and service providers of delivery.
This way, we strive for the highest privacy in the processing of each customer's data, as well as for their security.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SHOES
It is important to take care of your shoes, so you should pay attention to their maintenance.
. We recommend cleaning the surface with a damp cloth or by using a very soft brush! It will prevent accumulation of dirt or bacteria! With another brush or different cloth, clean your soles too.
If the shoes are wet or moist, they should always be dried naturally.
After drying, moisturize the leather well. You can use a neutral cream and colorless, without chemicals and paint.Apply with a cloth or sponge and wait for them to dry naturally again.
Attention: Do not apply products on fur or details. On these areas just use a damp, almost dry cloth!
. It is recommended to air your shoes before storing them in closed wardrobes!
. During season changes, be sure to keep your shoes wrapped in absorbent paper. In addition to eliminating odors, it projects from humidity!
